Our Story
We strive to provide exceptional medical care by taking the time to listen to our patients’ needs and concerns.
Dr. Imelyn Lahey opened the doors to Diamond State Primary Care in January of 2021. We took over for a retiring physician who worked in this location for over 20 years. Since opening, we’ve made this a true Family Practice by adding a second provider, namely, Dr. Lahey’s sister, Liza.
